What file formats do you accept?

Any common image format: JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, BMP. If you are not sure, just send what you have and we will let you know.

What do you deliver?

High-resolution PNG files. PNG is lossless, meaning no compression artefacts. If your printer needs a different format (TIFF, JPEG at a specific quality), just let us know.

How large can you make the images?

Up to four times the original dimensions. A 1000 x 1000 pixel source becomes 4000 x 4000. For most print jobs, that is more than enough. We will tell you upfront if an image is too small to achieve the size you need.

What if my source image is very small or very degraded?

AI enhancement works best when the source has reasonable detail to begin with. A 50 x 50 pixel thumbnail will not produce a good A3 print. We will always be honest about what is achievable before you pay.

Do you handle colour profiles and CMYK?

We deliver in RGB. Most modern printers prefer RGB and handle the CMYK conversion themselves for best results. If you specifically need CMYK output, let us know and we will accommodate.

I only need one logo enhanced. Is that too small a job?

Not at all. A single logo enhancement is £35 + VAT. Many of our customers start with one image to test the quality, then come back with larger batches.

How quickly do you turn work around?

Most jobs are completed within 48 hours. Smaller jobs (under 10 images) are often done the same day. If you have an urgent deadline, mention it when you send the files and we will do our best.

Why is this better than free online upscaling tools?

Free tools use basic algorithms that produce soft, over-smoothed results. We use a commercial-grade neural network and quality-check every image by hand before delivery. The difference is visible, especially in print where there is nowhere to hide.
